Essential: Degree in numerate subject or post-grad degree in computing subject (e.g. MSc in Computer Science). Knowledge of coding in VB6 or .NET or C#. Experience with Windows XP and Windows Server.
Preferred: BSc in Computer Science (similar computing degree) or BSc in Science/Engineering subject if candidate has significant amount of post-grad software development experience. Experience of coding in VB6 or VB.net or C#. Experience of Microsoft SQL Server
Ideal: 2 years good development experience in: VB6 and VB.net or C#. Development experience of .Net remoting and web services. Development experience of ASP.net and Javascript. 2 years experience of creating and using MS SQL Server databases. Involvement in the full software development cycle.
