Tynemarch's Manuel Starr has won 2nd prize in a recent paper competition. Manuel's paper entitled "An Improved Definition of Sewage Treatment Works Dry Weather Flow" was runner-up in the annual CIWEM Metropolitan Branch Young Members' Paper Competition.
