Outages of facilities can be modelled using the
outage editor, including outages of individual
pumps/duties, whole pumping stations and valves.
Such outages can be specified as one-off or
regularly occurring. If the telemetry system
provides pump availability data, this can be used
to provide real-time data concerning outages.
