Pump and valve schedules comprise
a series of time-based switching
instructions detailing which pumps or
valves to change, when to make the
changes and the resultant outputs.
The schedules can be generated on
request or according to a userdefined
schedule, e.g. at 7am each
morning or every 30 minutes. The
horizon that MISER optimises over is
user-configurable, allowing system
operation to be planned over a period
of a day, week or month for example.
Reservoir Profiles
In addition to the optimal schedules,
optimal reservoir profiles are
produced and these can be used to
manage pump and valve operations
which are under reservoir level
control. Targets can be applied to
reservoirs to constrain lower
operating levels and to ensure
morning refill for example.
