Behavioural Simulation

MISER-WRM meets the needs of water resource planners to carry out long-run behavioural simulations quickly and reliably, modelling aspects such as:

• Streamflow sequences (including climate change factors)
• Abstraction licences and reservoir releases
• Times of travel
• Operational control rules
• Drought contingency measures, such as hosepipe bans and licence changes
• Profiled groundwater yields
• Infrastructure constraints
• Operating costs, including costs dependent on daily flow and electricity generation
• Timesteps from one day to many years (sub-daily can also be supported)
