At the core of PIONEER is a database which can hold details of millions of company assets, ranging from large geographical areas down to individual pumps and valves.
PIONEER provides a simple but powerful system which allows users to group related assets, create type definitions and attributes and then apply these to specific asset groups
or to the asset database as a whole.
This flexible, modular system allows information to be created and maintained in a series of simple definitions which can be applied across any number of assets and used in multiple analyses.
Unit Tree
A Unit Tree system is provided to allow for quick navigation of hierarchical groups of assets. Within the Unit Tree users can view the full range of information about any asset, including the results of any serviceability forecast or capital maintenance optimisation analyses undertaken. Multiple filters and viewing options are provided to ensure that individual assets can be found easily within even the largest of asset databases.
Unit Schematic
A Unit Schematic provides multi-level graphical representations of geographical areas and the assets contained within them, meaning that information (including the results of forecasts and optimisations) can be easily viewed for entire areas down to individual assets. Multiple filtering options and viewing modes allow for customisable representations of company resource zones with information for every asset on-screen, displayed as tabular data alongside the graphical view. Units without geographical data (e.g. pumps in a treatment work) can be manually positioned on the schematic with connections established between them to represent flow paths.
Data Import
Tynemarch provides a custom Data Import process to allow direct, read-only integration with existing systems, such as GIS, CMMS or Data hub/portal. This Data Import process allows for the automatic population of the PIONEER asset database and can be re-run at any time to update the asset database. The data import process is automated and requires no user interaction.
